HOW TO ADD CLASS CAPACITY?

If the capacity of some courses is full, students are required to download and fill this specific form. This is to enable them to participate in this course. This is

usually happen due to the student's lack of time or last minute preparation during add and drop weeks, Students need to fill this forms within 2 weeks after classes have started. If fail to do so, students have no choice but to take the desired course

next semester. So it is impoertant for students to be aware of this matter. Firstly students need to download the form that are provided below. Secondly, fill the form and get aprroval from the

lecturer incharge of the courses or Head of Computing Department, Dr Modi Lakulu. Students need to submit the form to main office of faculty.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Students are required to submit the form immadiately within 2 weeks after classes started
